Last year I applied to MIT as an international (brazilian here) and, unfortunately, got a rejection. I didn’t go to the schools that I got in here in Brazil (Unicamp and USP) because I wanted to try again. Wish me luck!

My writing style is naturally a mix of sarcastic/poetic. So when I’m writing (especially) the essay on ‘what do you do for fun?’, I can’t help but be poetic. Is that fine, or do we just give straightforward answers?
