Hey there! No I don’t believe so. My role is going to be QSFB and i’ve never done that kind of job before. It’s all based on your general customer service, positive attiude and willingness to learn new things/skills. Just research into the roles your most want beforehand and explain why you want to do them 🙂 I wish you the best of luck when you come to apply! x
